SHAWN TROGDON

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Shawn was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Wencor Group in August 2020 after joining the Company as Global Controller in 2014 and serving as the Chief Financial Officer since 2016. He brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in the aerospace industry, consistently demonstrating an ability to build, grow and enable high-performing teams and business units. 

Prior to Wencor, Shawn held senior finance positions at Wesco Aircraft Holdings, an aircraft parts distributor, Landmark Aerospace, an aviation services company and Grant Thornton, an independent audit, tax and advisory firm.  Shawn has led companies through initial public offerings (“IPO”), acquisitions, new product development, and business restructurings, while maintaining the corporate relationship with private equity investors, public investors, analysts, banks and external auditors.

Shawn earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in Accounting from North Carolina State University.

Scott Noble serves as Wencor’s Chief Commercial Officer, where he leads global sales, marketing, and e-commerce efforts across the company’s Distribution, MRO, and PMA businesses. Since joining Wencor in 2017, he has played a key role in driving growth, expanding the global customer base, elevating the brand presence, and strengthening customer partnerships.

With over three decades of aviation aftermarket experience, Scott’s career began at NORDAM and later led an FAA Repair Station through significant growth and acquisition. At Fortner Engineering, he expanded the company’s global footprint and service offerings, contributing to its successful acquisition by Wencor.

Scott is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and resides in Tulsa, OK. He is the proud father of two and a former O-State mascot, Pistol Pete.

SCOTT NOBLE

CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Sean Beaubien

PRESIDENT, MRO

As President of Wencor MRO, Sean leads the strategic growth and operational excellence of the company’s Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul aftermarket business.

He joined Wencor in 2018 following the acquisition of Silver Wings Aerospace, an industry-recognized “Top Shop” he helped found and lead as an owner/operator. With nearly 30 years of aerospace experience, Sean has held virtually every operational and leadership role within the sector. His career spans foundational work at Nortek Repair Center to executive leadership as Commercial Officer and President at Avborne Accessory Group. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully started, scaled, and operated multiple premier repair stations. His comprehensive understanding of the MRO landscape allows him to provide invaluable guidance to the organizations he leads.

Sean is a graduate of Tulane University and is currently based in Miami, Florida.

Stacey joined Wencor in October 2025 and serves as the President of Distribution,  he has responsibility for Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Product Management along with the development and expansion of our Supplier and Channel Partner relationships.

 Stacey has spent over 30 years in the Aerospace Industry and most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer for Triumph Group where he was responsible for commercial activities including customer management, oversight of distribution partners, setting pricing strategies, program management, and supply chain contracting. Previously Stacey spent 22 years with GKN Aerospace, transitioning from the UK to the USA in 1999, holding various positions of increasing responsibility. In 2013, he was appointed as Commercial VP for their Aerospace Engine Systems business based out of Sweden responsible for $2B+ in annual sales across OEM and aftermarket. From 2015 through 2017, he spent two years with Eaton Aerospace as Head of Commercial and Customer Service for the Fuel and Motion Control Division based out of Irvine, CA. 

 Stacey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from University of Southampton in the UK.

STACEY CLAPP

PRESIDENT, Distribution

SCOTT HERNDON

President, Defense

Scott joined Wencor in 2021 and serves as the President of Defense with responsibility for all aspects of Wencor’s Military and Defense business units.

Scott’s career spans over 30 years, and prior to Wencor, he held the position of Vice President and General Manager of a Honeywell HPG unit and in 2003, he broadened his scope by establishing two start-up companies in the Commercial & Military Aerospace distribution market. Under his guidance as President and CEO, he successfully grew the revenue of one company to over $143 Million with 9 locations throughout the United States until it was acquired by Boeing Distribution Services in 2016 (formally KLX).

Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Studies from Saint Louis University.

William joined Wencor in 2018 and serves as General Counsel for the Wencor Group and its subsidiaries, and in 2019, he was additionally appointed Chief Compliance Officer. William is responsible for the legal, compliance and regulatory functions for the Company.

Prior to Wencor, William practiced law for over 18 years, the majority being in the aviation industry. He held the positions of Executive Vice President and General Counsel of ComAv, an aviation asset management company and transitional aircraft MRO, as well as a Partner in the Aviation Practice Group of Husch Blackwell, in addition to serving as aircraft counsel for FedEx Express.

William earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill.
